1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XpandoraX ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XpandoraX.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this website. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We implement an age verification gate that requires confirmation before accessing content. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Safeguarding your password and account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Account settings include email change (subject to a 30-day cooldown), username change (subject to a 7-day cooldown), password change, profile picture upload, and account deletion. Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts for security purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, accounts, or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
Collect, harvest, or scrape user information without consent
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without permission
Manipulate view counts, likes, or other engagement metrics
Post spam, abusive, or harassing content in comments
Upload content depicting minors in any capacity
Upload content for which you do not own or have proper licenses

5. Content

5.1 Platform Content

XpandoraX hosts and displays adult entertainment content including videos, short-form video clips ("cuts"), picture galleries, model profiles, and producer/studio profiles. Content is managed through our content management system and served via our content delivery network.

5.2 User-Generated Content

VIP subscribers and approved content partners may upload content including videos, cuts, pictures, and model/producer profiles. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have proper licenses for all content uploaded
All performers depicted are at least 18 years of age and have provided valid age verification
You maintain all required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257
The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

Uploaded content undergoes a review process (draft → pending → published/rejected) before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

5.3 Comments

Registered users may post comments on content. Comments must not contain spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, personal information of others, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove comments and terminate accounts of users who violate these guidelines.

6. VIP Subscription

XpandoraX offers a VIP subscription service with the following tiers:

Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans
Payments are processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments
VIP benefits include ad-free browsing and content upload capabilities

Subscriptions are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Subscription status is updated automatically via payment webhooks.

7. Content Partner Program

Approved content partners may earn revenue based on content views. Partners are responsible for:

Ensuring all uploaded content complies with all applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257
Maintaining proper documentation for all performers
Providing accurate payout information (cryptocurrency wallet address)

We reserve the right to terminate partner accounts, withhold earnings, and remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the website design, logo, user interface, and software) are owned by XpandoraX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party content is the property of its respective owners.

9. DMCA Compliance

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). For copyright infringement claims, please see our DMCA Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall XpandoraX, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms
