2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., title, registration number, or link to the original work)
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or other sufficient detail to locate the material on our website
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
All six elements above are required for a valid DMCA takedown notice. Incomplete notices may not be acted upon.
3. Submit Your DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
6. Repeat Infringers
XpandoraX maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. We will terminate the accounts of users and content partners who are determined to be repeat infringers. Specifically:
- First offense: Content removed, user notified with warning
- Second offense: Content removed, account suspended for 30 days
- Third offense: Account permanently terminated and content permanently deleted
7. User-Uploaded Content
Content uploaded by VIP users and content partners goes through a review process before publication. However, we may not be able to identify all infringing content prior to publication. If you find infringing user-uploaded content, please follow the DMCA notice procedure outlined above.
8. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or the service provider.
9. Good Faith
XpandoraX acts in good faith to comply with the DMCA and to protect the rights of copyright holders. We have no obligation to monitor user-generated content for potential infringement but will act swiftly upon receiving valid notices.
